2 days before New Year's Eve, Crosby firework stand was looted

Crosby, Texas (KTRK) — This is not how you want to celebrate before New Years Eve. A fireworks stand in Crosby was robbed on Wednesday.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary at a commercial booth at approximately 10:54 p.m.

Surveillance video from the booth captured multiple suspects driving to the booth and running out of the store.

According to the Facebook post, there were no staff at the booth and the store lost some inventory.

Stall owners said they still plan to sell fireworks on New Year’s Eve despite the burglary.

Proceeds go to help veterans if they try to make up for what was lost.
