Savvas Fotiadis, who owns and operates the banquet facility and restaurant with sister Katerina Fotiadis-Rajotte and brother Antonios (Tony) Fotiadis, confirmed that as of October 1, the establishment is leased by chef Francis Ushe and sous chef Franci Kulla. Maple Multi-Family Development LLC of Dallas plans to develop a 580,000-square-foot vacant lot at 3 Oriol Drive. Oriol Drive is located off Lincoln Street, approximately equidistant between the Lincoln Street/Boyleston Street Roundabout and Lincoln Square. The plan calls for the construction of two five-story buildings totaling 230,000 square feet and 344 parking spaces. The planning committee has been called for 12 meetings in October.

The Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday granted two special permits for a 218-unit residential project on Shrewsbury Street. Auburn’s Lundgren Equity Partners has proposed a seven-story building of approximately 205,000 square feet behind a shopping plaza at 225 Shrewsbury Street. and faces Albany Street.
