EASTERSEALS NEW JERSEY Appoints Three New Jersey Business and Nonprofit Leaders to Its Board of Directors

Diverse talent will accelerate and advance committee work to support 1 in 4 people with disabilities in NJ

East Brunswick, NJ –Easterseals New Jersey (ENJ), the state’s largest nonprofit disability-serving agency, announced three strategic appointments to its Board of Directors: Nancy Goguen, Past Chair Easterseals National Board and ex-Executive Director, Broadband Strategic Marketing, Texas Instruments; Deepak Kamble, Director, Transaction Strategy & Execution, EY-Parthenon. The combination of their diverse business management, communications, nonprofit and financial expertise will help people with disabilities achieve full equality, inclusion and accessibility through life-changing services across the state.

Lisa Geller A generationOwner/Principal Consultant of Geller Consulting Group, LLC, with 20 years of diverse global experience as an executive coach, leader and organizational development executive and consultant. She is a leader in coaching, recruiting and developing high performing teams and senior talent. She has extensive experience in business and functional transformation, culture change, and building new organizations in high-growth markets. Lisa earned her M.One. Organizational Development BA and B from The New School.One. in Psychology and B.small. Bachelor of Education, Boston University. She is also an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited coach. She lives in Westfield, NJ.

Nancy Goganit’s meMediation Past Chair of the Easterseals National Board of Directors and has represented Easterseals New Jersey for over a decade. She has big-picture insight into how Easterseals NJ benefits from national service and best practices across the country. Nancy is the former Executive Director of Broadband Strategic Marketing at Texas Instruments (TI). Previously, she served as vice president of marketing for Telogy Networks, which was acquired by Texas Instruments in 1999. Nancy has a BA in Mathematics from Harvard University and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Bernardsville, NJ.

deepak kamble Director of EY-Parthenon’s M&A Transaction Finance Advisory Group. His previous experience includes financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side) for private equity, corporate clients, and financial audits of public companies in the technology sector. Deepak’s work experience spans multiple geographies namely Mumbai, Dubai, Bay Area and New York. Deepak is a graduate of Commerce from University of Mumbai, a Chartered Accountant (India), CFA (ESG Investments) and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He lives in Hoboken, New Jersey.
