Panama City Business Hosts ‘Stuff the Pup Bus’ Donation Drive

PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – It’s the season of giving, and a local business is making sure shelter pets aren’t forgotten this Christmas.

Naju Pet Boarding in Panama City is hosting its first “Stuff the Pup Bus” donation drive. Naju is collecting food, toys and cleaning supplies to donate to four local relief agencies: Bay County Animal Shelter, Mew Tew’s Refuge Cat Rescue, Castaway Cats and Dogs and Quincy’s Hope Canine Coalition. The goal is to get every shelter pet a toy this Christmas.

Naju assistant general manager Casey Forsythe said: “They have toy car events around Christmas, but there aren’t any pet shelters in the area and we really saw the need and wanted to reach out and help our community.”

The event will run until Friday, December 16th. Donations can be placed at Naju Pet Boarding, the Pet Mart on 23rd Street in Panama City, and the Pet Mart at Breakfast Point.
