The family of rapper Theophilus London has filed a missing persons report and is seeking the public’s help, saying he has not been seen in months.
The musician was last spoken to in Los Angeles in July, according to a family statement released by London-based music label Secretly.
Relatives in London have been trying to locate him for the past few weeks and reported the incident to police earlier this week, the statement said.
On Wednesday, LAPD spokeswoman Sergeant Anne Moran confirmed that a report had been filed for London.
“Theo, your father loves you, son,” said his father, Lary Moses London.
“We miss you. All your friends and relatives are looking for you. Wherever you are, please send us a signal. No matter what happens, we will come for you, son.”
London, 35, was born in Trinidad and Tobago and grew up in Brooklyn, New York.
He was nominated for Best Rap Performance at the 2016 Grammys for his feature on Kanye West’s All Day.
