It’s unclear who the “they” the Duke is referring to are.
However – there are indications that Harry may have been talking to the British media. In the same trailer on Netflix’s website instead of the one posted on Twitter – the subtitle reads “British media are happy to lie to protect my brother” – although Harry actually says: “They’re happy to lie to protect my brother” Protect my brother”.
